charmed by the convenience

The hotel is near a supermarket and also close to a tram and bus stop. i found the staff very friendly upon arrival. breakfast offered a perfect buffet, especially since i needed to leave early each day. i felt that the room's layout offered a great sense of personal space. Even shared, it seemed like my mother and i each had our own section.
The economy twin room felt quite basic. It was still acceptable, but nothing special.

The staff was super nice. They were helpful when we asked for information about transport. the location overall was quite nice, especially considering the price. with just one bus, one can get to the city center easily. That is a great advantage.
The room should be cleaner. It didn't look like the pictures. we weren't advised that works were happening . the coffee machine in the lobby wasn't good. a nice clean would be beneficial.

the breakfast was excellent. it was very comprehensive and everything tasted AMAZING!!! the food was really great in the restaurant with a very friendly manager. he had a good sense of humour.

The process of check in and check out is automated. This adds convenience. there is always someone available that can assist. they also offer toiletries. I liked the pleasant smell. i left my baggage both before and after my stay.

The hotel is located a bit further away. tram 13 goes nearby. it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the center by tram. a bus leaves from the center after the tram stops and goes near the hotel.

the initial welcome did not feel friendly, the receptionist required me to check in using a kiosk though it was very unresponsive.

I was charmed by the room. It was a triple room and quite spacious. plenty of supermarkets were nearby! towels were generously supplied, and coffee and tea were regularly restocked, i thought it was really thoughtful.
the location was not ideal it did take some time to get to the city center, i was kinda bummed by that!

I found a cozy cafe near the canal behind the hotel, it was lovely. breakfast had a nice variety. I really enjoyed the fresh croissants on offer, they were delicious.

the location was pretty great because it was near a supermarket and the bus stop. the staff was super friendly when i arrived. breakfast had a buffet, it was perfect because i had early starts. the room was like i have my own little section.
the room was not clean, the sheets were dirty. the beds wasn't comfortable, it was twin room with single beds. the room was not cleaned once, i asked for it, but nobody did. i need to ask every time i need a clean towel.
